Learning Management System Coordinator Jobs

Demonstrated experience developing e-learning courses from beginning to end

Demonstrated experience in directly creating training content and job aids/sales collateral to support comprehension and retention of key training objectives

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to create cross-departmental relationships, lead projects with diverse teams, and influence decision making with senior-level audiences

Experience with traditional instructional design tools, i.e., Adobe Captivate, Camtasia etc.

Experience with LMS and modern enablement platforms, i.e. Cornerstone, Docebo, Mindtickle, Showpad etc.

Knowledge of Sales, Sales Process, and Sales Methodologies and their implementation is a plus but not required

Learning Management Systems (LMS) experience working as an LMS administrator or analyst preferred.

1 year project management experience preferred.

Administer course evaluation surveys and communicate feedback to training management.

Make recommendations based on experience and best practices to improve current processes.

Maintain matrix of team member skillsets and needs.

Perform other responsibilities and duties, as assigned

Three years' experience with a Learning Management System.

Extensive knowledge of current best practices in blended learning and use of educational technologies.

All documentation/certification necessary (scanned copies accepted) to substantiate minimum qualifications; must be uploaded into application

Works with staff to implement Schoology and other educational technologies across all curriculum areas.

Master's degree in education or related field from an accredited college or university.

Maryland State Department of Education Advanced Professional Certificate required, Administrator I endorsement preferred.

Learning Management System Administrator and ID

Ensuring a consistent approach to the learning experience.

Strong oral, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience using Microsoft 365 tools

Experience with industry standards such as SCORM.

Experience in working with Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, or other LMS.

Excellent computer skills and ability to learn technology quickly.

Diagnose problems and troubleshoot issues in the LMS.

Maintain and meet strict deadlines as required by term start dates.

Assist the team with continuous improvement of training processes, systems, tools and resources.

Other duties as assigned not listed above directed by the supervisor.

Project Management Expertise: is able to set goals, manage timelines across multiple simultaneous projects and execute with excellence

Validate program nominations and enrollments against target criteria to ensure learners are participating in the right experiences for their role/level

Track and escalate system bugs or opportunities to the Senior Manager

Minimum of 1 year of experience with a large, complex organization, specifically in HR / Learning

Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other LMS Systems
