Learning Specialist Jobs

Our client, a leader in the financial software industry, is actively looking for a Learning Experience Lead to join their team in Plano, TX. This position will be hybrid!

*This is a 10-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays!*

You will be responsible for working with subject matter experts to drive the learning experience for new hires and internal employees. The team is looking for someone who can provide effective results for the overall training process.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with businesses to secure SME resources to solve problems and achieve results.
• Analyze data, both qualitative and quantitative, to identify problems, gaps, and solutions in learning experiences.
• Drive continuously through leadership and innovation in learning experiences and processes.
• Prepare and support partners in the delivery of exceptional learning experiences.

Qualifications:

• Past experience working with SMEs
• 3-5 years of experience in learning development
• Experience with Rise Articulate
• QuickBooks or Accounting knowledge is a plus!
