Demonstrated experience in directly creating training content and job aids/sales collateral to support comprehension and retention of key training objectives
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to create cross-departmental relationships, lead projects with diverse teams, and influence decision making with senior-level audiences
Experience with traditional instructional design tools, i.e., Adobe Captivate, Camtasia etc.
Experience with LMS and modern enablement platforms, i.e. Cornerstone, Docebo, Mindtickle, Showpad etc.
Knowledge of Sales, Sales Process, and Sales Methodologies and their implementation is a plus but not required
