Learning Management System (Lms) Lead (Hybrid/Remote)

Primoris Services Corporation is currently seeking an experienced remote Learning Management System (LMS) Lead, with the ability to work well & support at a variety of locations.

As the LMS Lead, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day administration of our LMS. As workload allows, you will also have the opportunity to engage in a variety of Learning & Development department activities, including needs analysis and learning content development. We are looking for a self-motivated critical thinker who enjoys challenges and being part of a team.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Assume L&D-related duties as needed and add clear value to the L&D, HRIS, and HR teams
• Support & train various LMS administrators and users through virtual training sessions, work instruction creation, and communication on system changes/updates
• Continually innovate system use through partnership with business unit/department SMEs by analyzing data and recommending solutions to utilize the LMS to deliver, track training and measure performance to meet organizational objectives.
• Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management. Monitors recurring issues, system/data or process gaps and proactively identify potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements
• Manage and distribute reports
• Manage and implement learning and training matrices
• Manage e-learning libraries and vendor accounts
• Manage technical and functional day-to-day operation of the company LMS including managing assignments, monitoring completions, and creating courses/events/assessments/reports
• Manage and monitor data integrity, course lifecycle process (including maintaining LMS content quality, version control and archival information), and compliance training

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent skills in time management, problem-solving, verbal & written communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and project management
• Degree or proven experience in Learning & Development /Training, Computer Science, Education, or related field
• Internally motivated, strong team player who values collaborative work
• Intermediate Excel skills to include but not limited to VLOOKUP, chart & pivot tables
• 2-4 years experience
• Familiar with eLearning development practices and applications including SCORM, AICC, and xAPI
• Prior experience in LMS administration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in fast-paced and complex organizations
• Familiar with adult learning theory, the instructional design process /ADDIE model, and basic content management principles and practices
• Familiar with the UKG Learning and/or Schoox Learning Management Systems
