Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.



  • Engage with the customer success manager to fix client support issues independently
  • Working in an Agile framework and participating in sprint retrospectives, planning, and code review meetings
  • Consults with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve problems
  • Fields support calls, chat, and ticketing system from user with inquiries regarding software issues
  • Perform full-stack development of web application from requirement gathering design, development, testing, and documentation
  • Collaborate with core development team to work through the backlog of support issues


Requirements:


  • At least 3+ years of experience in software development
  • Understanding of MySQL, PHP, Web Service (SOAP and RESTfull), jQuery, and ReactJS.Professional
  • Experience with any PHP frameworks (Laravel and Phalcon) is preferred
  • Experience in triaging technology-related issues
  • Undergraduate degree from a recognized institute
