What you will do

• Work with engineering to systemize knowledge so it is useful for automated systems, and help guide knowledge tooling development
• Lead and project manage a global team of Knowledge Analysts and Knowledge Support responsible for cataloging, researching, tagging and creating procedures for Entrupy’s proprietary datasets
• Create and manage internal process documents, templates, and FAQs around product informationCollaborate with the Authentication team to develop and maintain training material and procedures
• Create, maintain and improve standardized knowledge management system and processes for developing and implementing knowledge, as well as sharable analytics to assess knowledge adherence
• Provide relevant coaching, training, and support to champion a knowledge management cultureProvide reporting, analysis, and recommendations on knowledge usage, creation, and helpfulness; then act on those learnings
• Support and maintain the internal database and accuracy of results
• Research and track industry knowledge, new releases, and trends in resale and luxury fashion market, identify key attributes and translate the knowledge or data to authenticators and ML team

About you

• Professional composure and interpersonal skills, while having a strong voice on the subject of Knowledge Management
• Working knowledge of Linear and Airtable is a plus
• Highly analytical and thorough understanding of systems
• Intermediate to advanced subject matter knowledge in luxury fashion / resale information sources
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, and creative problem solver able to work with and manage global teams and multiple deadlines
• Proven skills and understanding of data organization and structuring
• Experience with scientific approaches to classification of knowledge and systems (eg. some exposure to taxonomies in biology)
• Proven time management and organizational skills
• Strong authoring and editorial skills: able to understand complex information and communicate said information (both written and spoken) to individuals with diverse professional backgrounds
• Understanding knowledge creation best practices (capture, authoring, and organization of information across multiple channels)
