Overview A Knowledge Manager is responsible for managing the knowledge and information within an organization. They are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to capture, store, and share knowledge and information, as well as developing and maintaining systems and processes to ensure that knowledge and information is accessible and up-to-date. Detailed Job Description A Knowledge Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to capture, store, and share knowledge and information within an organization. This includes developing and maintaining systems and processes to ensure that knowledge and information is accessible and up-to-date. The Knowledge Manager will also be responsible for creating and managing knowledge repositories, such as databases and libraries, and for developing and delivering training programs to ensure that knowledge and information is shared and used effectively.
