We are looking for an outstanding individual for the position of Administrator. Responsibilities of the job include:
Primary responsibility to perform administrative functions for assigned properties
Consultant and customer service functions to clients
Interaction with homeowners and Boards through phone calls, correspondence, and personal meetings
Vendor Contact – solicit bids, track and direct vendor assignments, ensure accurate billing by vendors
Compliance management
General administrative functions including mailings, filings, organization, correspondence among others.
Skills:
Self-starter and team player
Able to interact with all levels of individuals and groups of people, both orally and in writing
Able to organize and provide information that offers balanced recommendations
Organizational skills
Computer proficiency: experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel
