Dandelion Energy is looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator to lead our internal SFDC efforts and manage the day-to-day operations of our Salesforce instance. Dandelion is currently in the process of building our initial SFDC instance and needs someone who can advise and provide critical support as we finalize the build, migrate existing CRM data and roll it out to the org. Prior to launch, this candidate will scope and implement key features including the building of a Case structure and integrating DocuSign. They will also be responsible for final preparations which may include resolving minor bugs, creating SF reports, updating fields and configuring Profiles and Permission Sets. Post rollout, the Salesforce Administrator will be the internal lead for all SFDC matters. They will work with stakeholders across the organization to understand business challenges, define requirements and implement solutions. They will also be responsible for the ongoing system maintenance and ensuring the platform is fully operational.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience either building a new SFDC instance or supporting an organization that had recently adopted Salesforce.

- Ensure all SFDC-related applications are up to date with the latest versions
- Build and maintain documentation of all key SFDC functionality

- Proven ability to design and implement new features and processes into Salesforce
- History of successfully owning SFDC projects from start to finish, including successful end-user adoption
- High capability of building SF Automation including Flows, Workflows and Process Builder

You'll love working at Dandelion because:
We're solving the world's hardest problems. You'll have the opportunity to pioneer renewable heating and cooling from the ground-up (literally). There's no established playbook for fighting climate change, so your work will be messy, challenging, and build a better, cleaner world.
We're good people. It sounds simple, and it is. We are passionate, vision-driven, low-ego, and treat one another with kindness and respect. We challenge ideas here, not people.
We hold each other accountable. We celebrate our wins and learn from our losses. We're honest, realistic, and transparent across all areas of the business, every day - not just at our monthly all-hands meeting.
