About The Opportunity And Your Role


This role represents an opportunity to lead breakthrough omnichannel marketing for the Harry’s brand.


This role sits within the Harry’s Base Business team. The Base Business team is the heartbeat that drives the business forward. They ensure we build and execute breakthrough plans to achieve strong results and strengthen brand presence and share for each of the fast-growing H’ categories. They are the inextricable link between our R&D, Retail and DTC functions.


The team members within Base Business have an unparalleled opportunity to build an understanding and differentiated marketing capability across the omnichannel business. As success in the role will demand a deep understanding of each function to:


  • Own the 4Ps (positioning, pricing, packaging, promo) for all products in our current portfolio
  • Engage on key business metrics / KPIs and course correct to ensure we are hitting plans
  • Drive overarching Base Business strategy that aligns to financial goals through the ABP (Annual Brand Plan) and go to market planning for new launches
  • Drive demand generation for the brand with marketing campaigns
  • Help bring to life a clear and compelling Base Business vision for H’ US
  • Own the marketing calendar and drive marketing initiatives to achieve brand goals
  • Ensures brand consistency across DTC and retail channels
  • Use consumer insights to define distinct commercial innovation that continues to separate H’ from the competition
  • Provide strong input into both DTC and retail plans (and build compelling business and brand narratives around plans to assist with sell in)
  • Work cross-functionally with DTC and retail partners to set commercial strategies and scale the business


The Base Business team is set up to create uniquely well rounded brand leaders at Harry’s and across the marketing playing field.


About The Role


This role is responsible for driving the single largest category in the Harry’s brand and Harry’s Inc., As well as, two adjacent categories that possess high growth opportunities. You will be the owner of these categories. Responsible for creating the vision, communicating and executing it thoughtfully and fluidly as market dynamics change. You will be the primary expert on what is happening now and next within the Shave, Shave Prep and Skin categories.


Harry’s is looking for a marketer with experience in thoughtfully translating brand strategy across retail and DTC channels in unique and creative ways. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, develop new concepts, and bring them to life through a disciplined innovation process. This role is the bridge across the omnichannel business and works on both upstream and downstream brand marketing. You’ll live and breathe the way Harry’s shows up in these categories - ensuring we tell innovative, clear narratives while hitting our goals and KPIs. Your pulse on the category will help us build exciting omnichannel programs that will bring Harry’s to more consumers so they know us and join us.


What you will accomplish:


Drive the 3 year plus category strategies


  • Continue to refine fundamentals of 4Ps for owned categories, including:
  • Pricing Statements
  • Partnership with SSP GTM on price/pack architecture work
  • Own new proposals within the product strategy agenda


Activate the category strategy via the innovation funnel


  • Develop the claims roadmap
  • Truman Handle
  • Coordinate with the Upstream team to incorporate implications, GTM and innovations into category strategy particularly on Gen 3 and Hero Skincare
  • Create ‘26+ Commercial Innovation roadmap through whitespace analysis and shared insight plan with Makers
  • Sensitive Face Wash
  • Truman Partnership
  • Lock the ‘25 commercial innovation roadmap, begin to execute through NPI:


Activate the category strategy via the marketing funnel


  • Feed insights, innovations and activities into 25 ABP
  • Ongoing monthly attendance at Growth Creative Reviews + Ideation
  • Plug into evergreen communications channel processes (from Shave POV as the demand engine for the DTC business)
  • Plug into calendar/commercial moment development with Retail Marketing
  • Partner with the Comms team on the calendar of activations for ‘24/25 incl. Mammoth Series

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Marketing or adjacent fields, ideally with some experience in product innovation.

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $118,000-$162,250, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
