Job Title: ESS-Admin Asst

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Remote (5920 Arlington Expressway

Jacksonville, Fl 32211)


****Must have previous administrative assistance in a professional environment schedule., but prefer local candidate in Duval County. May have in-office meetings.

PROJECT/SYSTEM/PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

This position will provide administrative assistance to the ESS and will provide technical assistance, answer inquiries, and complaints, troubleshoot problems, and schedules.

.

** Provide Routine non-technical information specific to ESS cases.

** Refer callers to the proper persons, offices, or resources requested.

** Schedule callers for childcare competency examinations using a web-based information system.

** Handle and resolve customer complaints.

** Complete follow-up customer calls when necessary
