Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Senior Manager who will play a key role in supporting the newly established E2E / "Sustain+" team to transform E2E processes within our organization. The Transformation Senior Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of this new team, ad hoc projects, as well as providing strategic financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support working closely with Sector FP&A team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, finance, and transformation, with the ability to drive crossfunctional collaboration and deliver impactful business outcomes. This role will be a part of our E2E Business Process team supporting the baseline to adopt newly rolled out SAP technology, prioritize future enhancements with IT to the technology, supporting E2E / "Sustain+" leadership and SVP to recommend process improvements to executives and ensuring consistent approach across each E2E process.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present comprehensive executive-ready presentations and dashboards to senior management and executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations
  • Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, conducting post-implementation reviews and incorporating lessons learned into future initiatives
  • Provide strategic FP&A support to transformation initiatives, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices, driving efficiency, transparency, and accountability across project teams
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders
  • Analyze financial data and performance metrics, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and improvement
  • Manage project resources, including internal teams, external vendors, and consultants, ensuring efficient utilization and delivery of project outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and engagement throughout the transformation journey
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify transformation opportunities, assess risks and benefits, and develop comprehensive project plans
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
  • Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,300 - $177,850
  • Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in project management software, financial modeling tools, and MS Office Suite
  • Proven experience in project management, leading complex and cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience in driving transformation initiatives within a complex organizational structure
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), with a deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think strategically and drive data-driven decision-making
  • Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) and finance (e.g., CFA) are desirable
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and stakeholders at all levels
