Transformation Manager Jobs

We are looking for driven candidates to join our client - a fast growing consulting house. The consultancy is looking to hire intelligent and motivated professionals with experience doing complex transformations across a variety of sectors. The company are looking to double in size in the next year, so you will be exposed to a fast growth period.

· Consulting work includes TOM, organisational design, digital strategy, HR strategy, Finance strategy, digital transformation, change management, operational due diligence, organisational effectiveness

· Consultants all start with 6 years experience – so it is a ‘mature’ environment where employees have independence and autonomy

Who are they looking for

· 6+ years consulting experience

· This is for someone who loves delivery of projects and doesn’t want sales targets as 90% of sales comes from repeat business or referrals

· Highly analytical individuals, with some experience using technology

· Someone who has experience in all stages of the project lifecycle, and has experience working complex transformations

· Someone who is has strong client relationships that they have built and nurtured over time
