The Role:

The Solar Construction Manager, will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of solar installation projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of solar energy systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clear direction, support, and guidance to the team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high performance.
• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Experienced working in an EPC setting, overseeing subcontractors
• 3+ plus years of experience in a Construction Management role working with commercial-scale solar projects
• Degree from a 4 year college is preferable
