Job Posting Title

Member Campaign Program Analyst

The Member Campaign Program Analyst is responsible for the evaluation, integration and preparation of internally and externally focused campaign data.

Responsibilities

  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Assess system capabilities and workflow improvement specific to outside vendors within campaign management systems
  • Review creative execution to ensure product adheres to Prime and client brand guidelines, and that strategic direction is on target
  • Analyze campaign list segment selection and support post campaign analysis on campaign effectiveness
  • Proof material copy to targeted audiences via various tactics
  • Participate in the development of use cases, test case scenarios and test scripts; review test results to determine new segmenting and query possibilities
  • Develop, build and prepare less complex omni-channel campaigns within the Campaign Management tool; ensuring on time, on budget and tactical objectives are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners and stakeholders to understand marketing initiatives and coordinate data strategy for key audiences (BCBS Plans, employer groups, physicians, pharmacists, members, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
  • 2 years of work experience in marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required

  • Strong attention to detail and process

Preferred Qualifications

  • Campaign management software experience (e.g. Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Alteryx, IBM Campaign/Unica, etc.)
  • Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience or experience working with medical claims, pharmacy claims, healthcare and/or benefits data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Minimum Physical Job Requirements

  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to a Senior Professional, Manager, or Director in the Member Campaign Management department

Potential pay for this position ranges from $56,500.00 - $85,100.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
