Qualifications, Education Requirements & Required Skills

Minimum of 3 years of venue management experience (preferably a large-scale or high-volume facility)

Develop and execute innovative strategies that inspire and promote the AMBSE core values and workplace culture.

Create and maintain Team Member policies and protocols to ensure exceptional onboarding and team member development.

Create authentic and meaningful relationships with Team Member by providing intentional care and engagement.

Address all Team Member challenges and work with department leadership and Team Captains to develop action plans for future compliance/success.

Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience or experience working with medical claims, pharmacy claims, healthcare and/or benefits data

Assess system capabilities and workflow improvement specific to outside vendors within campaign management systems

Campaign management software experience (e.g. Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Alteryx, IBM Campaign/Unica, etc.)

Reports to a Senior Professional, Manager, or Director in the Member Campaign Management department

2 years of work experience in marketing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong communications, customer relations, and project management skills strongly preferred.

Lead peers in the analysis of program success and communicate program achievements, opportunities, and challenges to management.

Research and identify opportunities for new value propositions and capabilities, including recommendation and execution of process improvements for the assigned program.

7 or more years of relevant experience required.

Experience working in a provider organization strongly preferred.

Strong skills with contracting preferred.

Superior vendor contract management, financial skills, and budget experience

Program manages global service RFP’s working with key stakeholders, creating the RFP documents, and managing through the transition.

Develop and manage a communication program that clearly and creatively informs the employee population of the program goals, changes and enhancements.

Plans, executes, and manages internal events and serves as primary contact for external events being hosted on-site.

Leads and manages the food service budget and forecasting process while being measured against client performance metrics.

2 years of relevant experience in the food service industry at the global level

Support the Senior Manager, Program Operations in the day-to-day oversight and management of the Program Operations cohort.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Graduate degree preferred.

At least 5 years of relevant direct experience.

At least 2 years direct experience managing and overseeing staff.

International and cross-cultural experience highly desired. 

Clear, strategic thinker with a wide range of Operations strategies that you can employ or manage to achieve goals. 

Must be comfortable using online technology (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Inventory Management, Email)

Duty Officers (same role as a dispatcher – receiving initial call and then dispatching the appropriate resource)

Oversee the development and management of User Services Office business systems and databases

Demonstrated data management expertise and computer literacy, e.g., manipulation of large datasets, Excel, Word.

Manage a highly successful scientific user program, developing and implementing customer-oriented policies and processes

Collect and manage all user program data and other key performance data for the ALS

Function as a line manager or work lead of User Services Office staff

Bachelor’s or advanced degree and/or equivalent experience.

Excellent guest relations skills with at least one year of guest relations and/or season ticket management

Highly organized with good time management skills and attention to details

Effectively communicate all benefits and perks to consistently make valuable contributions to the guest experience

Use CRM system to record and track STM trends and manage the experience of your portfolio

A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience or military service experience

Experience cross selling, networking and new business development preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or other related field OR a minimum 10 years of experience in an agronomy-related field

Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State, and local regulations
