Client Services Project Manager

Client Services Project Manager, Home Based
As a Client Services Manager, you will be managing the relationship and communications between our customers and our company for the satisfactory delivery of service, installations, and resolution of issues for some of our largest, and most strategic, Digital Pathology customers in North America.
Your role:
  • Is responsible for implementation and realization according to the project plan or validated project order in terms of quality, money, time, information, organization and final customer acceptance and sign-off.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%. Travel locations will depend on customers assigned within USA.
  • Defines the risks (technical and commercial) of the project and develops scenarios to overcome these risks.
  • Responsible for maintaining up-to-date project documentation and executing the hand-over of the Customer to the Service Organization
  • Controls the project budget and project progress, evaluates all change requests as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, takes corrective actions when necessary and generates adequate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure relevant reports (relating to progress, etc.) are produced.
  • Organizes the internal and external resources to be used (quality, time, budget and information) and specifies the quality standard in the processes. Includes engaging with procurement/supply chain for quotes / orders from external suppliers.
  • Develop recovery plans when a project is not expected to meet its target(s) or constraints.
  • Works closely with Sales organization to ensure customer and solution readiness prior to order sign. Support in the pre-sales process as needed case by case.
  • Directs project teams and gives them operational guidance, regarding content and organization.
  • Confirming & using the project objectives and customer success criteria, formulates the project plan, in consultation with project team members and other parties concerned on base of the customer contract.
You're the right fit if:
  • Ability to collect, analyze, manage, and present data and information to all levels within the company and at customer sites.
  • Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Six Sigma or Lean knowledge a plus
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
  • 5+ years of project management or related work experience, healthcare industry or customer service preferred.
  • Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated experience in effective relationship management with individuals of various backgrounds and organizational levels along with a strong ability to collaborate and coordinate cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%. Travel locations will depend on customers assigned within USA.
  • 5+ years of experience in a role involving customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution, along with great time management skills and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple assignments/tasks.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $74,750 to $138,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
