Solution Consultant L5/Technical Project Manager - Wcs

Join our Team at Körber Supply Chain!
Together we will be managing projects, working with teams to implement automation systems using the Körber Warehouse Control System tools. You will be working daily to problem solve and create personalized solutions for our customers.
Your role in our team

• Define, design, test, and configure solutions
• You will work on transition of completed projects to the Körber Support team
• You will work closely with clients to understand their automation needs by gathering requirements and creating functional/technical specifications.
• You will be part of a project team and travel to client sites to implement automation systems using the Körber Warehouse Control System tools (WCS)
• You will support the production implementation including configuration, testing and deployment of the WCS tools
• Trouble shooting issues between the integration various integrations from the WCS to the automation equipment and the WCS to the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Support the project team with detailed requirements of the solution
• Consult with clients and work through various tasks through the project to support the WCS system through the project life cycle.
• Work on integration and WCS setup with various automation equipment such as ASRS, Pick to Lights, Conveyor System, Sorters, etc.
• You will support overall project execution
• Support with on-site implementation

Your profile

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) strongly desired
• You have the ability to travel as needed (30% to 50%)
• Intermediate to advanced configuration or programming experience in SQL / Oracle)
• Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding and 5+ years’ experience with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and/or Material Handling Equipment \ (MHE) and/or automated equipment in supply chain
• Experience with Java, Eclipse, strongly desired
• Strong consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Supply chain and distribution industry knowledge and experience
• Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage
• The ability to work independently
• Experience with PLC Interfaces / Messages

Salary Range - 119,600 - 125,000*
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.

• This role comes with additional bonus commensurate to the level of the role in the organization.
