It Support Analyst Jobs

The Support Analyst will:

• Train and supervise student workers as assigned
• Develop and maintain relevant internal and customer-facing documentation
• Resolve problems with operating systems, office software, line-of-business applications, network connectivity, computer hardware, and other systems
• Manage user accounts, privileges, and other routine system configuration items
• Work independently or as part of a larger team, as required

The ideal candidate will:

• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Pass a pre-employment background and credit check
• Be eager to learn, adapt, and take on responsibilities in new and changing technical environments
• Excel in a self-directed and -motivated environment
• Demonstrate strong critical-thinking and problem-solving ability
• Possess a minimum of two years of IT experience, preferably in Desktop or Help Desk support

Compensation:

The hourly rate range for this position is $36.00 - $39.00. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
