USC Credit Union is looking for a IT Support Analyst for its fast-paced IT Department. This is a hybrid position responsible for supporting users throughout the Credit Union, by phone and in person. The Analyst must be able to commute to USC's University Park Campus.
The Support Analyst will:
- Train and supervise student workers as assigned
- Develop and maintain relevant internal and customer-facing documentation
- Resolve problems with operating systems, office software, line-of-business applications, network connectivity, computer hardware, and other systems
- Manage user accounts, privileges, and other routine system configuration items
- Work independently or as part of a larger team, as required
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Pass a pre-employment background and credit check
- Be eager to learn, adapt, and take on responsibilities in new and changing technical environments
- Excel in a self-directed and -motivated environment
- Demonstrate strong critical-thinking and problem-solving ability
- Possess a minimum of two years of IT experience, preferably in Desktop or Help Desk support
Compensation:
The hourly rate range for this position is $36.00 - $39.00. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree, Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education Minimum Experience: 2 years Minimum Field of Expertise: Knowledge of computing environments. Experience with networks, workstations, wireless communication, security software and procedures. Working knowledge of associated hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals.
