It Security Analyst Jobs

LHH is currently seeking an IT Security Analyst who assumes a critical responsibility in safeguarding our client's proprietary and data sensitive information. This pivotal role involves collaborating across departments to detect and rectify vulnerabilities in security systems, solutions, and programs. Additionally, the Security Analyst will propose and advocate for specific measures aimed at enhancing the company's overall security posture.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security field.
• Associate degree in Information Systems or equivalent OR (2) years of experience supporting and troubleshooting computer systems, networking, or cyber security related role.

Preferred

• Information Security qualifications such as CEH, CASP, CCSP, CISSP or CISA or equivalent certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent OR (4) years of experience supporting and troubleshooting computer systems, networking, or cyber security related role.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and managing security exemption procedures for addressing vulnerabilities in systems or solutions that do not meet security policies or standards.
• Assessing the security measures of third-party vendors and collaborating with them to ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Facilitating and backing the implementation of corporate security initiatives specific to our business unit.
• Performing security assessments through meticulous vulnerability testing and comprehensive risk analysis.
• Collaborating with fellow IT members to orchestrate updates and patches for systems, devices, and applications, aiming to address any existing vulnerabilities.
