What you'll be doing

• Manage workplace equipment and inventory. Everything from computers, laptops, monitors, phones, tablets, and cabling
• Participate in an on-call and weekend IT Support rotation
• Take on impactful roles in IT projects
• Help onboard and assist staff with the software and tools we use every day
• Make sure that all Identity and Access Management (IAM) procedures are followed throughout the lifecycle of our users
• Create, improve, and document processes throughout the IT organization which can include but not limited to: Onboarding, Troubleshooting and Hardware/Software Provisioning
• Work with our audio/visual equipment to come up with creative solutions for operating meetings, presentations, and live streams
• Supply A/V Support for meetings, presentations, and live streams
• Be the escalation point for desktop support for hardware and software across Windows and OSX machines (Linux a bonus!)

What you should have

• Robust customer service experience paired with a qualitative mindset
• 1-4 years of experience in enterprise IT helpdesk or desktop support
• Solid A/V knowledge, including but not limited to: live streaming, meetings (virtual and in-person), and conference rooms
• Familiar with computer components and other internal computer architectures
• Technical Writing skills

Bonus Points

• Experience with configuring and maintaining Mobile Device Management (MDM) services
• Previous experience working with and managing enterprise Cisco and/or Meraki wireless networking solutions. CCNA and other Networking certifications are a bonus.
• Experience in administering and customizing software suites such as Google Workspace, Asana, 1Password, Adobe, Office 365
• Proficient in Python, Powershell, Applescripting or similar for creating or maintaining IT process automations
• Experience with configuring and maintaining Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $68,000 to $92,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
