Role: International Logistics Coordinator (Onsite)

Term: Full Time

·HTS Assignment and maintain master file in systems

·Manage direct imports

·Provide various reports including but not limited to in-transit report, inbound forecast to warehouse, payment list for Accounting

·Bookings-review open purchase orders, create booking plans and instructions; process all thru NetSuite and Excel based report

·Partner with management to establish shipping priorities and any critical needs

Qualifications:

·Master Excel skills

·Minimum 5 years of international logistics management skills

·Bachelors’ degree or equivalent

·NetSuite experience required
