JOB SUMMARY
Supports the International Sales Department in all aspects related to projects for the EMEA and APAC regions. Communicates project process and project status to customers and the BUNN International Sales team. Functions as a seamless internal customer communication conduit within the BUNN organization. Embraces and effectively communicates the team’s strategies and execution plans with both internal and external customers
DUTIES
- Handles multiple assignments and project load.
- Develops and coordinates unit level customer rollout execution plans with the International Sales Department.
- Ensures project schedule and order tracking communication to customer and Sales Administration team.
- Participates in the company quality improvement and lean processes.
- Performs competitive product analysis for international customers as warranted.
- Plans and coordinates customer visits in conjunction with Sales and Administration team.
- Proactively and effectively communicates between customers, administration and compliance departments.
- Coordinates with International Sales trade shows that BUNN is participating in and lead follow-up.
- Ensures International customer projects (Type 1 Modifications) and (Type 2 Product Development) are thoroughly defined and represented to internal cross-functional team and outcomes (status/timeliness) are communicated promptly to assigned customers.
- Helps maintain and communicate policies and procedures related to the International sales department.
- Proactively and effectively communicates between BUNN and international customers.
- Coordinating of marketing-related international projects with customers and internal team.
- Proactively participates in development of business opportunities with each assigned international customer.
- Develops customer relationships (horizontal and vertical) through participation in business projects, reviews, and international trade shows.
- Develops quotes for international customers and projects.
- Fully utilizes BUNN360 to comply with the input/output required on aligned accounts and Division objectives.
- Utilizes SSO process to support sales and ensure criteria for making an opportunity an executable project.
- Discrete in maintaining confidential information.
- Assists with preparation and participates in international sales meetings.
- Performs special projects, assignments, or other duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree with a focus in Business or related field or equivalent, relevant experience required. Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Project Management is a plus. Minimum three to five years’ experience in customer service, project management experience, international, export, and/or bilingual language ability is preferred. Ability to travel internationally as required to support customer projects and trade show participation.
