Interim Head Of People (Hr - Remote)

A Tatum Public Real Estate client's has an urgent need for an Interim HR Leader to start with in 7 - 14 days from today. The ideal candidate will have multi-location or Practice Management industry experience, but more important is being able to start with in the next 10 - 14 days and be able to travel to the location when needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as a change expert, making sure that employee engagement and communication is at the core of change programs and supporting leaders in delivering change through people.
• Drive leaders to continuously challenge their structures so that they are constantly aligned to current business needs; support leaders in developing their structures to this end.
• Understand what is required in each area of the business and develop people plans that focus on the delivery of those outcomes.

Qualifications

• Able to start with in the next 10 - 14 day
• Have several similar engagements under your belt
• Able to travel to different U.S. based client sites
• 10 plus years of HR Leadership experience
