Overview The Regional Head of People Services is responsible for leading the People Services team in the region, providing strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure the delivery of high quality services to the organization. The Regional Head of People Services will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the effective delivery of people services, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and learning and development. Detailed Job Description The Regional Head of People Services is responsible for leading the People Services team in the region, providing strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure the delivery of high quality services to the organization. The Regional Head of People Services will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the effective delivery of people services, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and learning and development. The Regional Head of People Services will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, to ensure the organization is able to attract and retain the best talent. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Proven track record of success in leading and managing people services teams
• Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation is an asset

• Knowledge of employment law and best practices
• Knowledge of HR systems and processes
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
• Knowledge of performance management and employee relations
• Knowledge of learning and development processes
Job Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Proven track record of success in leading and managing people services teams
