Job Description

I'm managing a retained search for a HR lead role in a lower middle market industrial distribution business in Springfield that is poised for dramatic growth.


This role will suit a change oriented HR Lead looking for a growth oriented company with a focus on building and professionalising HR delivery. There is a particular focus on M&A integration, cultural alignment, engagement, regulatory and compliance.


This is a stand alone role and a key partner to the CEO during a dramatic growth phase.


Interested candidates should be strong change leaders used to managing multiple project priorities whilst delivering high levels of operational HR.


Candidates must be willing to relocate to Springfield.
