The Contract Administrator Sales position is a contracts manager supporting regional accounts, driving revenue growth through new contract sales, net new paid offers and contract renewals. This position is for a highly motivated individual and allows opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer best options for tailored customer care packages, discover new opportunities and market our net new offers. This is role offers great experience of directly talking to customers, understanding the impact of their requirements on the internal processes, opportunity to learn about different Schneider Electric products and prepares candidates for potential career opportunities within inside sales / marketing roles.

Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross functional team members to establish improved processes and develop new processes to make the contract management process a better customer experience
- Other:
- Available to answer customer calls about contract related questions
- Swiftly answer bFO cases assigned to the contracts team
- Contracts data entry and management
- Manage software registration / updates
- Engage with global teams to understand and remove roadblocks which may negatively impact the Customer Support teams achieve their goals
- Identifying process failures and implementing process improvement measures
- Available to answer customer calls about contract related questions

- Participate in launch activities of new offers for customers
- Gather and provide feedback to the launch team to make the new offers more attractive for customers
- Support continuous improvement project activities

- Suggest programs, events, webinars to educate internal teams about existing and new offers
- Be vigilant about identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within internal processes as well as customer front processes

- Recognize trends and improve sales/customer care performance to drive organic growth within the territory
- Drive Sales Consultants and Customer Care agents to hit and exceed monthly revenue and lead conversion targets
- Project activities:
- Support continuous improvement project activities
- Be vigilant about identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within internal processes as well as customer front processes
- Sales pitch for customers to renew or purchase support contracts for improved customer experience
- Engage with Sales, Marketing & Service Operations to align support strategy with business priorities
- Coordinating alignment and strong relationships with local Inside Sales governance
