**This is a US based remote position**


Summary:


As a Customer Success Manager - Multifamily, you will be a key member of our Multifamily Team. You will be working with both existing and new multifamily customers ensuring that we keep building on our sales momentum and efforts. To be successful in this role, you must be customer obsessed, passionate and self-motivated.


Responsibilities:


The Customer Success Manager Multifamily is the day-to-day account contact for our multifamily customers. Duties include (but are not limited to):


  • Regular contact with the customer’s account representatives to grow the relationship
  • Understanding their current and future needs while engaging with the Multifamily Sales Team as required for sales opportunities
  • Proactive retention activities
  • Analyze customer data to improve experience
  • Learn and maintain a working knowledge of internal Brivo’s administrative processes that help solve customer issues quickly
  • Using Salesforce to track key performance indicators as measured by management
  • Work closely with the Senior Director of Multifamily Sales and the Multifamily Sales Managers to drive customer satisfaction and a high level of customer experience
  • Provide first level technical support
  • Own the onboarding process for new customers
  • Project management for new account roll-outs
  • Hold product demonstration for new customers
  • Build customer relationships


Qualifications:


  • Experience working with multifamily customers or in a multifamily environment
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
  • Accountability and personal organization are key for this role
  • Technical skills are required
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Think “out of the box” mentality
  • Proven success in a customer success or support role
  • Laser focused customer mindset
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
