Job Description

At ZERO Systems we are searching for Customer Success Manager.

You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements to success, working with implementation and project management teams to onboard new customers, conduct product training, drive adoption and retention, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction during initial rollout and into the future.

What you'll be doing as a Customer Success Manager:


  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to develop a joint success plan for our customers
  • Build on and improve existing systems and processes to measure and improve user adoption and client satisfaction
  • Keep your customers happy
  • Work with Marketing and Design team to maintain and improve client-facing technical materials and training documentation
  • Constantly assess “health checks” for assigned customers to drive satisfaction and adoption. Successful candidates will be able to analyze data for trends, drop off, skills gaps etc. and will possess the capacity to develop plans in collaboration with the VP of Customer Success to deliver effective plays to improve usage and adoption
  • Create Quarterly Business Review Packages for each client, schedule QBRs and support VP of Customer Success in their delivery.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific requirements


Job Qualifications and Skill Set:

  • Have a dynamic and engaging personality that people are drawn to
  • Be strong in understanding how to analyze data and pick up the underlying story it tells
  • Be highly skilled in Excel, or very interested in learning advanced Excel.
  • Be able to understand the nuances of non-verbal communication, both in reading it in others and using it to communicate more effectively


Nice-to-haves:

  • Be a captivating public speaker to hold a room’s attention.
  • Understand how to dissect and manipulate raw data to get meaningful interpretations
  • Have excellent presentation skills to put metrics together in visually insightful ways


Public speaking, event management and coordination are a requirement of this role. Travel will be required up to 25% of the time. Ability to control the administrative aspects of Customer Success as well as support the VP of Customer Success with strategic direction and plans will be a core component of this position.
