Innovation Manager/Strategic Designer

THE ROLE

The Senior Innovation Associate will support impactful projects from inception through delivery. You will do a blend of research ranging from generative to evaluative to uncover new solutions, create future of concepts, and prototype to build up a more desirable experience for patients and clinicians. You will have a strategic mindset and have a human-centered approach to uncovering challenges and the ability to see the big picture.

ABOUT YOU

• 5-7 years working in service design, design research, strategic design, and/or innovation strategy
• Knowledge in healthcare plus
• Passion for strategy and digital product development
• Desire to work a hybrid model in the Manhattan office
• Ability to work on ambiguous projects
