Proven experience in project management, preferably in innovation-driven environments.

Familiarity with engineering tools and software used in product development (e.g., CAD, simulation tools, project management software).

Lead and manage innovation tool projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with a hands-on management style

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all initiatives they are managing with particular focus on financial performance

Excellent change ownership and facilitation skills

Experience extracting data and building visualizations using tools such as JMP, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

Experience supporting complex process improvement initiatives

Six Sigma certification a plus

Certification in project management [e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP)].

Experience in identifying and driving environmentally sustainable solutions.

Demonstrated analytical chops, with experience pulling and analyzing Nielsen and/or IRI data

Develop competitive market analysis and pricing landscape to identify best opportunity for Frida to enter or expand in a category

Experience in product management, fast prototyping and design thinking
