Insights Manager

What You Will Do as a Key member of our Team:

As an Insights Manager at Behaviorally, imagine yourself:


  • Craft compelling stories, translating data into outcomes that help marketers improve shopper and consumer experiences
  • Oversee quantitative marketing research studies from start to finish
  • Present research outcomes to clients
  • Work collaboratively with clients to proactively address needs and answer business questions
  • Managing and mentoring Research Managers
  • Help build client relationships


Desired skills and experience:

To qualify and succeed, in the challenging but rewarding world we do business in, you will need:


  • Ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proven experience consulting and interfacing with clients
  • Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude and comfort with ambiguity
  • 2+ years of experience training and mentoring Insights Associates and Analysts
  • 5+ years of market research experience and/or a graduate degree in marketing research, consumer behavior, or related field
  • A flair for building and nurturing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong detail-orientation with ability to manage multiple work streams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Sciences or related field
