THE POSITION: EVERSANA data & analytics practice is growing rapidly. We are actively looking for Engagement Managers to help support the rapid growth and expansion of the practice.

EVERSANA Data & Analytics team applies advanced analytics and AI/machine learning techniques to the breadth of healthcare and non-healthcare data integrated with our deep clinical expertise to provide a unique and unmatched suite of services and products to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Take overall ownership of clients and engagements to drive innovation, delivery excellence and client delight
- Manage and deliver multiple engagements/projects of varying complexity, on time, within budget and with high quality.
- Guide engagement teams of associates and consultants to develop logical and insightful results, create innovative and effective recommendations; and develop well-structured, high-quality deliverables
- Take responsibility in development and management of relationships (e.g., client, vendor, external experts)
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams of Principals and other subject matter experts
- Play an active role in data & analytics practice development
- Recruit and mentor new team members; manage and coach team members (consultants and associates) and serve as a thought partner to colleagues
- Be a subject matter expert through prior experience and on the job experience, proactively participate in trainings, conferences and symposiums and other forums.
- All other duties as assigned

EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:
- Hours – 40+, typically Monday - Friday
- Travel – Less than 10%

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
- Demonstrated track record of delivery success – leading and executing data-driven consulting engagements to life sciences companies—or in the healthcare industry (required)
- Bachelors degree in Business Analytics or related field with 6 years of relevant work experience in life sciences or healthcare consulting (required)
- Possesses subject matter expertise in one or more EVERSANA practice areas (e.g. commercial analytics, brand analytics, RWE analytics, etc.)
- Advanced degree(s) (e.g. PhD, MD) is a plus
- Professional experience with:
- Client Management: coordinating with client/stakeholders to align on project objectives and define project plan, timelines, and deliverables; providing regular status updates; identifying risks/challenges; and ensuring any follow-ups are addressed
- Project Management: delegating project tasks, ensure project tasks are executed with high quality and timeliness; addressing any challenges that arise during project execution
- Utilizing SQL, R, Python, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau
- Capability Building: identifying/leading development of capabilities, defining the need, and building capability material
- Training: Identifying training curriculum and building plan to train new and existing team members for skill developments
- Expertise in using analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Python, R, Alteryx, SAS, Tableau, MicroStrategy) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (preferred)
- Established network of contacts and referrals with the life sciences industry (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to deal with unstructured real-world problems (required)
- Excellent communication, presentation and client influencing skills (required)
- 2 years experience in Consulting firm
- Experience optimizing sales force effectiveness, segmentation & targeting, Incentive compensation plan design preferred
- Strong understanding of dynamics and issues in the biopharma industry (required)

Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees.The anticipated base salary range for this position is $97,000 to $136,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
