Title: Brand Director, Performance Innovation
- Work with the Creative Director, Performance Innovation to develop a comprehensive strategy and test and learn plan for innovative paid social creative
- Monitor and analyze the performance of paid social video campaigns, using data-driven insights to identify areas for optimization and improvement
- Collaborate closely with the team to develop high-quality, compelling video content that drives user engagement, conversion, and measurable results
- Provide visionary strategic direction for all paid social assets, ensuring they are aligned with brand guidelines, target audience preferences, and platform-specific best practices
- Collaborate with the growth team to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and define success metrics to optimize campaign performance
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative techniques that enhance campaign performance
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities for performance improvement
- Create, optimize, and expand paid social campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, revenue across Meta, TikTok, SnapChat, etc.
- Someone with a contagious “can-do” attitude that thrives in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable leading through ambiguity and digging into the details to solve
- Fluent in paid social media channels and growth marketing
- Passionate about owning projects from start to finish
- Exceptional with communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience motivating a team that doesn't report directly to you
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Balance of creative and analytical thinking
- Experience writing creative briefs and providing thoughtful feedback for marketing assets
- Strong consumer orientation, knowledge of customer segmentation, insights development and targeting
- Proven experience and passion for working across functions and with senior leadership
- Ability to work on-site 4 days a week
- 10-15 years brand / performance marketing experience, primarily with DTC brands
- Persistence and bias-to-action with a track record of performance
