Skipta is the leading social network of online medical communities for verified US healthcare professionals to consult and exchange information within a private and secure platform under the corporate umbrella of Norstella.


As Senior Manager, HCP Engagement, you will report to the VP of HCP Engagement, who is responsible for leading the engagement and content development for all Skipta online medical communities.


The Senior Manager, HCP Engagement works in collaboration with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs); Skipta Client Services, Analytics and Sales teams; as well as Medical Writers, & Content Curators.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Encouraging HCP engagement and collaboration through email outreach campaigns
  • Recruiting HCPs and managing the development & execution of asynchronous, online virtual HCP Question & Answer discussions
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned to foster continual growth.
  • Managing the development of HCP conference coverage summaries through our medical writers
  • Managing and tracking HCP Outreach and Honoraria

Requirements


  • Digital healthcare implementation experience, preferably across a broad range of therapeutic areas in the HCP space
  • Strong planning, implementation, follow up and executional skills with high attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years marketing experience in a life science company or agency
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to healthcare promotion.
  • Highly service oriented with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Ability to problem solve and execute programs on time.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,00 to $135,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
