Engagement Project Manager Jobs

As an Engagement Project Manager on the Solutions team at FirstParty, you will:

• Advance best practices in the utilization of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Be responsible for daily standups, weekly sprint planning and project milestones and requirements.
• Act as the key participant in project plans, organizational tasks and driving engagements forward.
• Partner with technology, data and product teams for client engagement and solutions.
• Lead complex data initiatives managing end to end planning, execution and closing for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive communicator and doesn’t hesitate to raise issues and ask for clarification or help.
• Attention to detail. Persistently pursues ground truth and is not satisfied with surface-level answers or convenient explanations. Digs deep to thoroughly understand the underlying components of deliverables and team requirements.
• 2-5 years of experience in program or project management which involved direct customer and partner interaction.
• Ability to create project team utilization dashboards to translate daily and weekly sprint activity into analytic results for broad stakeholder understanding and capacity planning.
• Familiarity with data pipeline and programming concepts. Exhibits growth mindset and an eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Team-first and mission focused mentality. Prioritizes the execution of the objective and the overall success of the client and FirstParty.
• Exceptional working experience in Jira and the Atlassian suite, and ability to implement new standards that drive operational efficiency.
• Excellent organizational, time management and presentation skills.
• Execution excellence. Demonstrated ability to manage a cross-functional project team to deliver engagements within budget and on time.
