Manager, Culinary Innovation
Reporting to the Executive Chef & VP of Culinary Innovation, the Manager of Culinary Innovation will be responsible for the development of food and beverage menu items aligned with Shake Shack's brand standards. The ideal candidate will oversee our Innovation Kitchen and work collaboratively with cross functional teams to execute events.

• This role is based out of our Innovation Kitchen Monday-Friday, with occasional travel required.*

Key Responsibilities
Research and Menu Development
Lead development of innovative beverage, shake and dessert items in collaboration and alignment with cross functional departments
Collaborate and Support the develop of additional menu development
Develop scalable recipes and procedures that ensure ongoing operational success
Plan, organize and conduct menu and product tastings
Innovation Kitchen Management
Lead the day to day operation of our research and development kitchen
Oversee the ordering, receiving and storage of all product deliveries
Maintain highest sanitation standards and our A grade Special Events
Culinary and Marketing partner for relevant events, including, but not limited to new business openings, collaborations, kitchen tours, press & media events and fundraisers
Create, develop and execute an item or menu that meets and exceeds the goal of the event
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
3-5+ years related experience working in a professional kitchen
Fine dining and/or catering experience strongly preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Food Safety Certified

Pay Range - $82,410.00 - $105,110.00
