Come join our AMAZING team! LandrumHR is seeking a dynamic HR Specialist (Hybrid) to add to our Corporate team, and will work both on-site at an assigned client company to represent LandrumHR 2 days a week, with remaining time spent working from home.

If you're seeking an experience allowing the balance of both work from home with a partial work week spent on-site, this position acts as a corporate liaison and provides client oversight to ensure that client processes are followed, and communication is fluid from the client back to the appropriate department.

WHAT DOES THE HYBRID HR SPECIALIST DO?
- Take initiative to examine and redesign workflow to better utilize resources and promote process improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proactively monitor client relationships and notify respective HR Business Partner of any notable events.
- Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service.
- Handle basic employee relations concerns and escalate to HR Business Partner as needed.
- Well-versed in LandrumHR service lines and provide information to clients as needed.
- Utilize various LandrumHR software platforms in a proficient manner, troubleshoot for on-site client and client employees as necessary.
- Maintain basic, up-to-date knowledge of general employment laws as it pertains to individual clients.
- Escalate identified client needs to appropriate departments and collaborate on solutions.
- Follow-up with all client/employee requests to assure that uncovered customer needs and problems are properly communicated and resolved timely.
- Assist HR Business Partner with basic HR related needs for assigned on-site clients.
- Support client HR needs that may include assistance with reporting, FMLA, W2, VOE, drug testing, employment posters and background checks.
- Function as a liaison with assigned client and Relationship Management Team to ensure proper delivery channels are utilized, working to resolve items timely and efficiently.
- Conducts new hire employee orientations to ensure smooth transition.
- Meet routinely with HR Business Partner assigned to client to ensure continuous communication flow.
- Capture all client transactions and interactions in CRM system.
What We Are Looking For
- APHR preferred.
- Two to four years of related HR/client service administration experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Ability to commute to local client site minimum 2 days per week required.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Office, HRIS, Timeclock.
