LandrumHR is looking for an On-site HR Specialist to join our Relationship Management Team out of the Greenville, SC area. WHAT DOES THE ONSITE HR SPECIALIST DO?

The On-site HR Specialist works on site with assigned client company to represent LandrumHR. Act as liaison to support and ensure a superior client experience. Oversee and ensure that client and processes are followed, and communication is free flowing from client back to appropriate department.

Some of the duties for this role include:

  • Participate in new hire employee orientations to ensure smooth transition.
  • Follow-up with all client/employee requests to assure that uncovered customer needs and problems are properly communicated and resolved timely.
  • Pro-actively monitor client relationships and notify respective HR Business Partner of any notable events.
  • Utilize various LandrumHR software platforms in a proficient manner, trouble shoot for on-site client and client employees as necessary.
  • Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service.
  • Assist HR Business Partners with updating job descriptions for assigned on-site clients as needed.
  • Function as a liaison with assigned client and online services department to ensure proper delivery channels are utilized, working to resolve items timely and efficiently.
  • Capture all client transactions and interactions in CRM system.
  • Maintain basic, up-to-date knowledge of general employment laws as it pertains to individual clients.
  • Well-versed in LandrumHR service lines and provide information to clients as needed.
  • Take initiative to examine and redesign workflow to better utilize resources and promote process improvements.
  • Support client HR needs that may include assistance with reporting, FMLA, W2, VOE, drug testing, employment posters and background checks.
  • Meet routinely with HR Business Partner assigned to client to ensure continuous communication flow.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 1 year customer service experience preferred
  • 2 years Human Resource experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Your own reliable transportation to get to client site
  • 1 year employee relations experience preferred
