Human Resources Recruiter

Ronzone of Texas Inc. in Leander, TX is looking to hire a Human Resources Recruiter . We pay $23-$27 hourly and provide great benefits including a Healthcare Savings program available through Freshbenies, offering zero-cost Telemedicine and zero-cost Behavioral Health visits. The typical schedule is Monday-Friday, approximately 20 hours/week. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Recruiting/Interviewing, orientations, and onboarding. If capable, will also work with department managers on developing training programs/training initiatives for new hires and existing staff. QUALIFICATIONS Sense of urgency, professionalism, organizational skills, able to meet deadlines without needing to be micro-managed. Creativity in recruiting process/finding different sources for applicants.
