Full Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Report to Management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Maintain benefits program
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Managing the recruitment and selection process
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures

The Selected Candidate Will Also Possess

• CDK experience preferred
• Knowledge of Benefit coordinating preferred
• A minimum of two - three years of experience as an HR/Payroll Manager
• Proven working experience as HR Manager
• High volume, multi store experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of dealership payroll required
• Strong computer proficiency
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Knowledge of California payroll laws and labor laws preferred
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Good communication skills
• People oriented and results driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

Salary Range: $66k-$78k/yr
