Human Resources Manager Jobs

We are currently seeking an experienced and bilingual HR Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in using Paycom and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
The Human Resources Manager will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. 
 
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Develop and implement employee onboarding and training programs to support the growth and development of our workforce.
- Manage Paycom HRIS software to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and employee data.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and management to ensure a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in Paycom.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, maintenance, and communication.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in HR management, with prior experience using Paycom.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Experience in the cosmetics or contract manufacturing industry is a plus.
