An innovative and creative management firm based in Beverly Hills is looking to hire a top-tier Human Resources Manager. This individual will serve as a culture leader and play a critical role in shaping employee experience, with a strong focus on implementing DEI initiatives.

Daily responsibilities will include…

• Handling employee onboarding and terminations
• Conducting career development workshops and creating employee engagement opportunities
• Working with a third-party company to manage payroll, benefits administration, and 401(k)
• Administering various HR communications
• Conducting performance reviews
• Developing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Facilitating recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and providing orientations
• Spearheading legal compliance
• Maintaining best practices related to diversity, equity & inclusion

Qualified candidates will demonstrate 5+ years of HR experience and a Bachelor’s degree. Candidates must possess knowledge of all current laws and HR fundamentals and be flexible, creative, and highly personable.

This is a remote role but please note the team gathers in Los Angeles for meetings and events throughout the year.
