Human Resources Manager ($110K-$125K)

Thriving creative management firm located in Beverly Hills seeks an all-star Human Resources Manager to join their innovative team!

The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of HR, including:

• Facilitating employee onboarding and terminations
• Creating HR policies and procedures, enforcing as needed
• Overseeing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives and recommending best practices
• Partnering with a third-party company to maintain payroll, benefits administration, and 401(k)
• Handling legal compliance matters and assisting with various HR communications
• Conducting employee performance reviews
• Spearheading recruiting initiatives (sourcing, interviewing, holding orientations, etc.)
• Developing employee engagement opportunities and professional development workshops

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of all current laws and HR fundamentals
• Top-tier interpersonal skills and a passion for helping people
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
