Duties:

• Orchestrating talent acquisition – sourcing candidates, coaching managers, developing job descriptions, preparing offers, and working to create an exceptional candidate experience
• Assisting with events, projects, and additional HR-related needs
• Overseeing the annual review process
• Facilitating employee relations needs, including addressing concerns, mediation, performance management, and handling any inquiries
• Maintaining employee files and records
• Spearheading employee engagement and professional development initiatives
• Managing employee benefits and answering all benefits questions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
