Omni Therapy, a leading provider in hospital and health care services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance. This position is crucial to the success of the organization and requires someone who is deeply committed to our values and mission.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management in the hospital and health care industry. They should have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruiting strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. Additionally, they should be a confident communicator who is able to work collaboratively with all members of the organization to achieve goals.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with job placement agencies, colleges, and professional organizations to ensure a diverse pool of candidates
- Collaborate with department heads to develop employee performance metrics, and create performance improvement plans as needed
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment
- Oversee recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates,
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to benefits administration, including eligibility, enrollments, and claims resolution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications
- In-depth knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in human resources management required
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field required
