Help Desk Coordinator Entry Level

Location: San Antonio

Hours: Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm

Compensation: 15-16 based on experience

Disability Services of the Southwest is seeking an entry level Help Desk Coordinator to help support our growing corporate office.

Essential Tasks:

• Create and manage all hand receipts for mobile equipment.
• Asset tag, log and track all new-equipment: cell phones, laptops, monitors, and tablets.
• Assist with recycling equipment and organizing storage room.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Assist in maintaining all inventory/tracking spreadsheets.
• Assist with general support requests such as password resets, printer/fax/shared drive connections, desk/cell phone requests, etc.
• Learn and perform daily management of our VoIP system.
• Handle incoming calls/triage and direct employees to the appropriate resource.
• Update online web portals as needed.
• Conduct new employee technical orientations for local and remote new hires.
• Assist in the development of training for new employees.

Requirements:

• Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Excellent Admin and Customer Service Skills.
• Extreme patience and the ability to give clear directions.
• Strong MS Office knowledge.
• Technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• One to three years of experience in any type of office/clerical setting.
• High school diploma or GED required.
