Position Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist end users with technical issues on a daily basis.
- Update documentation and technical equipment inventory spreadsheets.
- Answer e-mails and the main help desk line when calls come in and enter cases into the ticketing system.
- Set up new and existing users with PC equipment and other peripherals and maintaining the technical equipment inventory.
- Attend trainings and become familiar with new technologies.
- Answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.

Requirements
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited educational institution
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must be customer oriented.
- Possess the ability to travel to other branch locations to assist end users with
- Technical issues.
- Must be able to understand the problem and effectively communicate a solution.
- Must have good technical knowledge of administering Windows 10, MS Office, mobile device support and technical troubleshooting skills.
