Job Description

Shifts:

First Shift 2.00 pm to 10.30pm

Second Shift 10.00 pm to 6.30am

Third Shift 11.00 pm to 7.30 am


:

  • Scheduling and software deployments for multiple countries
  • Responsible for ATM configuration management of ATM devices in the ATM Monitoring applications
  • Assis with ATM ticket management and monitoring for L1 as needed including providing on-call support for escalations
  • Utilizing multiple monitoring tools and ticketing systems for addressing issues
  • Support daily tasks as needed
  • Effectively communicate issues and status updates with Technology, Operations and Business teams.
  • Assist with Nextgen ATM Conversion
  • Ability to triage and lead multiple processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • L2 Support is responsible for managing ATM software releases, configurations and tickets for client ATM’s globally.
  • Perform remediation of incidents and problems using canned monitoring tool functions and procedures.
  • This role will interface with various client Technology, Operations and Business teams globally while simultaneously directing vendors and other various support teams on statuses of ATMs, providing end-to-end ticket oversight and ultimately the final resolution to all issues.
