First Shift 2.00 pm to 10.30pm

:
- Scheduling and software deployments for multiple countries
- Responsible for ATM configuration management of ATM devices in the ATM Monitoring applications
- Assis with ATM ticket management and monitoring for L1 as needed including providing on-call support for escalations
- Utilizing multiple monitoring tools and ticketing systems for addressing issues
- Support daily tasks as needed
- Effectively communicate issues and status updates with Technology, Operations and Business teams.
- Assist with Nextgen ATM Conversion
- Ability to triage and lead multiple processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- L2 Support is responsible for managing ATM software releases, configurations and tickets for client ATM’s globally.
- Perform remediation of incidents and problems using canned monitoring tool functions and procedures.
- This role will interface with various client Technology, Operations and Business teams globally while simultaneously directing vendors and other various support teams on statuses of ATMs, providing end-to-end ticket oversight and ultimately the final resolution to all issues.
