As the Director, Global Commercial Operations PMO, you will provide leadership and facilitation between the Business Transformation Office, Global Commercial Operations and Global IT.
In this role, you will help bring the 5 year strategic vision into multi-year roadmaps across our business technology platforms in close partnership with the Digital Commercial Excellence leadership team. The multi-year roadmaps are decomposed into annual improvements in partnership with Global IT to prioritize, schedule and deliver platform developments and capabilities. As the strategic leader of the Global Commercial Operations PMO, you will have the ability to operate effectively at executive and technical levels to explain the relative business objectives that are aligned to the customer experience.
How You’ll Make An Impact:
- Deliver measurable improvements in Commercial Operations to deliver to the financial long-term plan (LRP).
- Scope includes GCO strategic programs and projects in support of $3B current revenue with growth objectives to $5B by 2026.
- Support Bio-Rad’s strategic objectives by leading a team of Project Managers.
What You Bring:
- At least 5-10 years management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field; advanced degree a plus.
- Excellent networking and collaboration skills with proven ability to work in a matrix environment
- Extensive knowledge of Continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills to help determine gaps and issues in the project portfolio
- Extensive skills and knowledge of Project, Program and Portfolio management
- Very strong financial skills, especially on business case preparations and projects.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $150,500 to $260,200 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
- Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated range.
